Your disclosure is your company's information. This page says plainly what happens to it. Last updated 4 October 2026.

The disclosure form

Where your answers live

The disclosure form on this site saves your answers in your own browser (on your device). It does not transmit them anywhere by itself. Your answers leave your device only when you choose to send them — by using the send option on the form, by downloading the file and emailing it to us, or by copying them into an email.

In your browser
Until you send or clear it. You can delete it at any time by clearing your browser data for this site.

With us
Only if you send it. Then we use it for one purpose: your discovery, your free first read, and any work you ask us to do.

What we do with it

Use, sharing and retention

We use it to prepare your first read and to reply to you. Nothing else.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

We share it only with the service providers needed to deliver the work you asked for, or where the law requires it.

We keep it while the conversation or the engagement is live, and afterwards only as long as needed for our records. Ask us to delete it and we will.

This site sets no advertising cookies and does no cross-site tracking. Pages are served as plain files; nothing is collected about you in the background.
Where it goes

Your data leaves Singapore — and what that means

Nothing about you is held on a server in Singapore. This site is run by Kyly CST Pte Ltd (Singapore, UEN 201942481M), and the services that make it work are outside Singapore. Every one of them is named below, with what each one sees.

Vercel — the website and the conversation, United States. The pages are hosted, and the consultant chat runs, on Vercel's servers in the United States. Only the message you type reaches it, and only long enough to answer you.

Migadu — your email to us, Switzerland. hello@exoedge.org is a mailbox on Migadu, a Swiss email host, so anything you email us — including a disclosure you send — is stored in Switzerland.

DeepSeek and OpenRouter — the AI that writes the reply, China and the United States. What you type in the consultant chat is sent to DeepSeek, whose servers are in the People's Republic of China, to write the answer; if DeepSeek is unavailable, the same message goes to OpenRouter in the United States instead. That is why we say plainly: do not paste passwords, keys or anything confidential into the chat.

Cloudflare — the visit counter, United States. Page views are counted with Cloudflare's cookieless counter, so no cookie is set and no profile of you exists — but the count passes through Cloudflare, a United States company.

Singapore's PDPA (section 26) governs this cross-border transfer: personal data may be sent overseas only where the provider is bound to protect it and we stay answerable for it while they hold it. That is what the agreements with each service above do.

How you agree. By sending us your disclosure, or starting the consultant chat, you agree to the transfers described above. Nothing more is implied by it.

Taking it back. Email hello@exoedge.org and say so. It costs nothing, no reason is needed, we reply within one working day and delete what we hold — except the one record the law makes us keep (see "Use, sharing and retention" above).

One honest limit. We cannot run the free discovery or the consultant chat without the services named above, so withdrawing consent means we stop working on your file; if a paid engagement is running, we will say in writing what stops, and when.

Your choices

Access, correction and deletion

Email hello@exoedge.org and ask. We will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Because your disclosure is normally held in your own browser, deleting it there removes it immediately.
