These terms cover this website and the free discovery. Anything paid is agreed separately, in writing, before work starts. Last updated 3 October 2026.
Kyly CST Pte Ltd. exoedge is run by Kyly CST Pte Ltd, a company registered in Singapore (UEN 201942481M). Wherever these terms say "we", "us" or "exoedge", that is the company you are dealing with, and the company that invoices you for any paid work.
One door for everything. Questions, corrections and complaints all go to hello@exoedge.org.
No cost, no obligation. The disclosure form, the consultant conversation and the free first read cost nothing and commit you to nothing.
No retainer is implied. Taking the free first read does not start an engagement or a subscription.
Walk away richer. If the first read is not worth it to you, you keep it and owe nothing.
You choose what to share. Only the fields marked required are needed; everything else can be left blank.
Paid engagements proceed only after both sides agree, in writing, what is being delivered and the fee for it. The fee is fixed for that scope — not hourly, not a retainer. If the scope changes, the change and its price are agreed before the extra work begins.
Directional numbers. Cost, saving and payback figures are estimates built from the documents and answers you provide. They are not a promise about your results.
Automated analysis. Parts of the analysis are generated automatically. Verify critical findings before you act on them.
One decision maker stays with you. Outputs are delivered to you as files, agents and documentation. Nothing is handed to an outsourced bench.
Not professional advice. We are not your lawyer, accountant, auditor or tax adviser, and nothing here is legal, accounting, audit or tax advice.
What you disclose is used to deliver the discovery and any engagement you engage us for. We do not sell or rent it. How it is stored, and how to have it deleted, is set out on the privacy page.
The governing law is Singapore law. These terms — and any paid engagement we agree with you in writing — are governed by the laws of Singapore.
Jurisdiction: the courts of Singapore. If a disagreement cannot be settled by talking to us first, it is heard by the courts of Singapore and no other court.
